Whether you’re in the early planning stages of your building project or ready to break ground, Behrens–Curry Homes offers a complete building service to meet your needs. We will guide you through each step of the process from pre-construction through occupancy of your new home. Our goal is not only to build the house of your dreams, but to make the building experience as rewarding as the finished product.

Process

For most homeowners, building their dream home will be the largest investment they make during their lifetime. Regardless of the size of your project, you need a partner that has a proven methodology to deliver your home within your budget and schedule.

Conceptual: As you develop a working floor plan and elevations, we can provide preliminary budgets and as required value engineering. The final plans can begin with the assurance that you are aligned with your budget and timeframe.

Pre-construction: With a full set of construction documents, we provide a detailed Scope of Work, Cost Estimate and Project Schedule. Any open items are documented and assigned ownership. We then schedule a meeting to confirm timelines, plan notes and progress on any open issues.

Construction: At this stage we have broken ground and are now executing the Project Plan. We actively manage the Build Team with scheduled communication and budget reporting. Weekly Construction Site Meeting's will be scheduled at your convenience. In addition, your budget will be reviewed quarterly to ensure that you are on track with your goals.

Completion: The process is complete when you sign the certificate of completion and move into your new home.
